It has been a busy year for Prune.

We started 2011 with a new assignment at Cubic Transportation Services Ltd; who provide ticketing solutions to the mass transit sector. In particular they provide gating and ticketing technology to Train Operating Companies in the UK (Southern, for example). They also provide the Oyster service to Transport for London (TfL).
During the year the key activity was the Initiation stage of a project to produce a high level design for the acceptance of Contactless Payment Cards on the Oyster ticketing system. Following this, we designed the plans, estimates, costs and terms required for the project to deliver the change and run operationally. Prune completed the assignment with a submission to TfL for approval.

2012 now sees Prune engaged at the Royal Mail, in a Programme Coordination role, managing the complex programme to prepare and subsequently privatise the Royal Mail. This exciting and unique programme has given Prune the opportunity to work alongside the Royal Mail Executive Team on a highly complex and challenging privatisation transaction.

Prune provides project and programme management as well as consultancy services to business. This is done through Kieron, Prune's director.
Kieron has been practicing project and programme management since 1999 and has gained significant management experience working on a diverse range of projects and programmes since then. Kieron's background is in engineering, having a Masters degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering. This foundation has provided Kieron with the ability to analyse, organise, create order and manage projects in a highly effective way.

Management experience is underpinned by PRINCE2 practitioner and APMP professional qualifications. In addition Kieron has a wealth of exposure to other management methodologies, techniques, processes and methods which he is able to apply in a pragmatic and beneficial way.

Kieron is an effective communicator and able to perform in all levels of a business. Kieron is equally comfortable working at a technical level as he is engaging Senior Executives and the Board.

Kieron approaches his work with a professional, passionate and can-do attitude. He fosters excellent relationships with Producers, Users, Suppliers, Responsible Owners and Stakeholders to the benefit of the assignment.
