Kieron has embarked upon this career path in order to gain a more interesting and diverse exposure to Project Management as well as to meet and work with a broader range of people and teams.

Prunes core experience lies within Technical Project Management. Gained whilst working with Thales, Kieron has gained significant and useful real-world project management skills. This has covered Project Recovery, Full Project Lifecycle, Customer Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management. It has also equipped Kieron to become an accomplished leader; able to build and manage teams, getting participant buy in and empowering team members to deliver.
On the technical side Kieron has overseen Full Lifecycle of Software Development, FPGA development, Hardware Development and Product Development. This has been based upon 10+ years in Software Engineering programming in C & C++ in both Windows and Embedded environments .Kieronalso has experience as a Digital Design Engineer; using VHDL to design complex digital systems.
Kieron also has a considerable amount of experience in the field of Communications and Security. He has considerable knowledgeof IP communicationprotocols. Having spend a long time in the security domain, he also has well founded knowledgeof Security, at the levels of design, implementation, architectures, policy and management of development and protectively marked documentation. As such Kieron holds SC Security Clearance.
Working upon projects covering these multi-disciplinary roles Kieron has developed excellent Communication skills; eager to engage with Stakeholders, internal and external, supplier and customer to aid the smooth running of a project.
Life skills and personality have also equipped Kieron to be pragmatic and apply common sense as well as realism to all aspects of a Project.

The Association of Project Managers Practitioner Qualification asserts a competency inthe foundation skills of Project Management. Based around the APM's Bodyof Knowledge(PM BoK) this covers hard skills; methods, terminology and soft skills; leadership, teams.
PRINCE2 Practitioner.
This industry standard project management methodology forms a strong foundation for building & running successful projects.
This qualification reflects Prunes ability to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. It affirms the competence to apply and tune the learnt PRINCE2 processes, to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario.
